What makes us different?
Karl’s Sausage Kitchen offers a wide range of European style deli meats and sausages, many of which are made by hand right here! All of our products are produced the old fashioned way. We start by hand trimming our meat to create a lean and flavorful sausage. We then chop the meats and spices ( we do not grind) to create a more tasty sausage! We never use MSG or fillers. Our famous Double Smoked Bacon and Triple Smoked Bacon Ends are smoked here in house, alongside our smoked Kassler (pork chops). Try us and taste the difference!
